Shipping

We process every sale in the order they are received. Our goal is to ship all orders within 1-2 business days, exluding holidays. This policy may be delayed during peak shopping times, in which case your order may be delayed  1-4 business days from from placement to shipment. If any of your purchases are on back order, there will be a delay in your purchase. In the unlikely event that an item you’ve purchased becomes permanently unavailable, a customer service represenative will contact you and you’ll receive an immediate refund of the purchase price.

All orders are shipped with tracking information that will be emailed directly to you once the order has been processed. For large orders, insurance and a signature will be required to deliver the item(s). Depending upon the location of your shipment we will utilize USPS, UPS or FEDEX.

Skara does not currently ship outside of the USA or to APO/FPO/DPO locations.

Skara is not responsible and will not issue refunds for any items shipped to banned states that are confiscated.

Returns

We sell various products and we take the quality of each very seriously. Due to the nature of these products, there are limitations to what can be returned. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days. We try to be generous with this refund policy, however, there are some exceptions. Orders containing  10g or more of our pure oils or 4+ of the same product are not eligible for a refund as we consider bulk orders to mean you have already tried and are comfortable with that product. On orders that are eligible for a refund, the customer may be required to return the product and must pay for the return shipping.
